Trinket choice

The organ is better, but it's crap anyway. It's really rare that you get this thing stacking, when you are high on avoidance

Edit: Don't get me wrong. It may be good, when you don't have shitloads of avoidance and on fights where there boss sits 100% of the time on you

They are completly different. On some fights dodge/parry are better, on the other hand stamina is so much better nowadays, so you should go for the Organ. Get the heroic one, its very good.

I would use Black Heart over both of them.

The organ would be a phenomenal trinket if it had a 100% uptime. The fact that this trinket becomes less desirable the better your gear gets makes it very lackluster. The Coin is also a lackluster trinket. With the way ICC is, Stam will keep you alive alot longer than an equivalent level of avoidance.

However, after saying all that, ICC buff is now at 25% so our hit pools are quite large. If you are comfortable with your hit points after dropping a Stam trinket for one of these two, the Organ is better. It has a ton of Armor, and then you can factor in the possibility of keeping some stacks up.

On my paladin, on trash atleast, I can maintain near-100% uptime on the organ, with my policy of "if its dropping im not tanking enough" ^^

On bosses, it's just luck, really, but the major bonus of the trinket IMO is the armor :P

Unidentifiable Organ is EH, Corpse Tongue Coin is RNG - unless you like relying on your luck Unidentifiable Organ is by far the better choice.
