I like watching desktop background+icons much more than just background, because internet is full of good big pictures that could fit desktop but not so much ppl post icons/desktop setups Originally Posted by anakin57

But i understant there is
1) People who doesnt care about icons/desk setups and looking only for clean background
2) Ppl who find their icons/desktop shortcuts/files, private and doesnt want to share them on the internet
3) Ppl who have zero icons on their desktop and using Start Menu/Console for programs (those ones are minority and make only like only 1% of PC users)
If you click on desktop icon with Steam only game i.e. Team Fortress 2, both game and steam starts automatically and game launches anyway so there is not much difference i guess, and ofc some ppl have non-steam games like WOW, and WOW doesnt req to launch Battle.net to run WOW.exe (You know this obvious stuff anyway, just telling for new players) Originally Posted by Jester Joe
