Charred Twilight Scale, Phylactary of the nameless Lich, Disoldged foreign Object.

Is the heroic DFO as good as the reg Charred Twilight Scale? Does it need to be heroic to be better than it? Does it bump off Phylactary from the 2 slots?

Maybe we have talked about this, but I could not find it. I read Rawr is flawed with Charred Twilight Scale proc atm. So depending on it to tell us might not work yet.

i read somewhere online that the new CTS is better than DFO due to its average sp overtime we get from it (something like 50 more average sp overtime), it does have a 45 ICD and 10% proc chance like DFO and even with haste going way over the soft cap ( i imagine geared players having 1350 without totem) haste still has greater value than crit. not to mention that PotNL has an ICD of 100 seconds. So heroic DFO and heroic CTS are BiS as to be expected
