Disc Priest and Herald of the Titans

I was wondering If the disc priests here could kindly help me form a 226 Armor 232 Weapon BiS list for Herald of the Titans.

This can include, ULD10 HM's (armor/Trinkets), ULD25 Regular (Armor/trinkets) ToC10 (Weapons) New 5-mans from ICC (weapons)

not sure about BiS but an easy to aqure and more than good enough:

5piece t8
emblem neck
emblem rings
emblem bracers
deathchill cloak
illustration of the dragon soul
eye of the brood mother
Illumination / sunreaver disciples blade + shrivled heart
crafted belt
crafted boots


there are a whole other bunch of trinkets available (int trinket from toc5 / ilvl200 emblem trinket / naxx trinkets) if you can't get the 2 above
other weapons are also ok.
i'd strongly recommend getting the 4set t8 bonus though.
Everything else should be obtainable within 1 day of farming.
