Ele shammy - how to maximize dps?

I use stoneskin, wrath, mp5, and spell haste totem.

Rotation is basically LB-FlaSh-El Mastery (if off cd)-LvB-CL-LB-FroSh

Always use LB as filler between LvB
Use CL when available, second priority after LvB
Always keep Flame shock up, when it is up and shocks are on cd, use frost shock to add some extra dps

My gear is mixed and matched at the moment, that much I realize, can anyone else give me some tips on how to maximize my dps, or alter my rotation to increase my DPS output?

Im trying to get rid of the staff for a 1h and shield, I understand it is better for shamans to gear that way.
