afflic lock/frost mage combo

I havnt seen many lock/mage combos in the top ranked arena teams. what do u predict is the highest possible rating for that comp? (assuming the class is played properly)

Came across this combo last night a few times, lost to them every single time as rogue/boomkin.

They weren't even geared, this combo surpised me.
