Hello guuys

Well, I was thinking about a cookie cutter pvp build for SP´s cuz I dont think there will be any major changes in future.

Dont get me wrong, its really not that perfect looking for Sp in every aspect of the game but its still nice imo

I think Imp. DP is not worth, oke its a lil bit more "burstdmg" but I dont like it at all.
I skip Twisted Faith because I have no idea how exactly hit will be an assue in cata
I have no points in Inner Sanctum because if I want get archangel, I cant put more than 2/3 in that imo its not so worth, we are already quite good against casters.
Masochism 2/2 cuz mana is now a important ressource again and with the fact fights and hp pools will be larger is quite logical i guess



Soo yes, I´d be happy to hear some feedback and ideas from you !

P.S ooh, incoming WHY DID YOU SKILL SHADOW APP ITS SO USELESS IN PVP IDIOT

P.P.S please take a look at my glyphs too, with the sw.Death glyph, dmg buff from archangel and mind melt increases dmg of it by 30% to targets under 25% hp it will be a pretty ridiclous execute!

I've picked up Archangel, but it's go serious ramp up time, so I don't know how often I will be able to use it in PvP.

I've also picked up Twisted Faith, as hit still matters in PvP. Can't remember if you can get hit off of items.

I have my doubts about Pralasys in general, SPs have low crit chance, and the Devs had said our crit at 85 even in raid gear wont reach the levels it is at now. So is somthing that may happen less than 15% of the time be worth it? Why not take a perminant speed up / reduced spell damage instead? So a maybe on this too.

Mind Spike x2 or 3 will give you an instant crit MB. Paralysis will be GREAT in PVP.

Ahh i totaly forgot mind spike gave the crit increase. Guess it will be of use then

After playing around with the talent trees a lot, it comes down to if you want Shadowy Apparition or not. Personally I'm in love with the talent, but you could easily switch it out for extra spell protection in Inner Sanctum. Stacked on top of Shadow Form, that can offer a lot of protection against other casters.

In the Shadow tree, I can't decide which is least important: Harnessed Shadows, Pain and Suffering, Paralysis, Sin and Punishment.

Maybe Masochism can be sacrificed instead.

Im running this spec on the beta currently. And its great.
Dark archangle/evangelism is bad in pvp. You wont be able to spam mindflay and hold up evangelism. Inner sanctum is a better choice. Twisted Faith is shit because you wont wear spirit as a PvP Shadowpriest. And you only need 4%-6% hit in pvp.

I like this spec unless shadowy apps end up moving faster than RP walk. I want my spriest pvp spec to have more control than the current model so i will be chaining paralysis and fade's along with MF to kite like a boss.

However i do have a question, considering that shadow orbs ups the damage of MS and MB, does it really matter trying to save up for a big MB? or just use the control from paralysis and x2 MS in order to keep people snared and in control? I guess its gonna depend on wether you have to peel or just burst a target down...

I have played alot of PvP in the beta as many classes, but my priest is still in quee :P I can't see how Dark arcangel isnt worth taking? I mean +20% dmg boost must be rly nice to sync burst?

You don't cast Mindflay to get enough evanglism stacks for DAA when you need it.
