Im dropping my pala for that reason only, never used it too much, but just being able to do it was awesome.

There is still a way u can do it. The Kirin Tor rings are affected by haste. So at 1k haste its a 7.8 second cast time.

bubble hearth isn't dead in 4.0.X /endthread Kintor Ring scales with haste enough haste brings it at 8secs.

Are you sure that Bubble/Hearth is gone? Just use it with a new spell!
Hand of Protection now lasts 10 sec, up from 6 sec.
