I'm gonna go ahead and say MM due to Silencing Shot, Concussive Barrage (AMAZING), Piercing Shots (extra DoT), and Posthaste helps a lot. Although a lot of ppl say Rapid Killing blows (which it kinda does), in conjunction with Rapid Recuperation it can give u an instant 50 focus every time u get an HK. Rapid Killing is in NO way worth all 2 points, but putting a point in there would help a bit.
EDIT: I figured u would want an actual build to look at, so here's my take on it.
