There's only one randon buff that can really be tracked through this, Surge of Light.
But Surge of Light already is under the Spell Alerts.
To be fair, Shadow Orbs-3 could probably add itself.~Former Priest/Guild Wars 2 Moderator~

There is a small animation over MB when you get three orbs no Power aura WoW things.
