OK, so I logged on my DK alt who had 8.6k honor, I buy full relentless gear for him and he goes down to 4k.

All is well.... then I log on my Warrior who had 3838 honor (I remember it well because of the repeating 38s) and he's down to 2871 honor. I didn't but ANYTHING on him. Anyone know what's going on?
