I disagree. Was in ToC25 today, popped cooldowns (troll racial, mirrors, AP and mana gem) and on the wall hit phase of Icehowl, i swear to god i saw a 125k Arcane blast crit... In my opinion, Arcane for sure needed a nerfing.

A lot of these changes are most likely the hotfixes we saw on live servers. They probably do not reflect how Blizzard wants to build classes at 85 and I will punch you in the face if you whine about it on forums. Seriously, I will.

Yea, I think those are the actual number changes they made. If you notice the first blue post about nerfing/buffing certain classes they never gave us numbers/what spells they were changing.

Balance my ass. Rogues are literely just doing Ambush, Eviserate and the target is dead. And Shammys are just casting Lightning bolt, flame shock, lava burst, and the person is dead. Like seriously, they should be nerfing the classes that are bursting people dead in 2-3 clicks.

they've taken away more than they should have already

yesterday was doing around 12-15k fire

now doing around 8k

so since all classes were 'tuned' to lvl 85 in 4.0.1 have all classes been nerfed?
