Pick up owlkin frenzy and you have yourself a pvp spec.

Must be some leeway though. What about all the wind-based spells? Do people use them only in PVP or PVE or are they useful for both? A lot of talents and glyphs relate to them specifically but don't I see most boomkin spamming all the lunar spells mainly?

I use a strait PvE build in BGs and wreck face so really do whatever you want and it will work out.
