4.0.3 New gear?

I'm debating on buying lv 80 or saving for 85 gear for my Rogue(who's currently leveling via bgs). I was wondering does anyone know if 85 gear will be available for purchase at 4.0.3?

You need to be lvl85 to actualy buy the lvl85 gear now.

4000 honor isn't that much. 3 parts of the blue set cost 2200 Honor each and 2 parts cost 1650 each. The other items cost vary between 1250 and 1650.

Thats exaclty why the capped it at 4k so people will not be able to ding 85 and buy a full set of blue awesomness... this meaning that the blues are pretty good once you hit 85!
