Prot Guide for 4.0.1?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a new Prot Guide for 4.0.1.

I want to start raiding as prot but I don't now what to gem, enchant, how much expertise I need etc.

Expertise cap is now 63, softcap is 23. I would max your gems out if there is a bonus, avoidance counts for more now. Personally I like the idea of mastery (when it comes out), armor, and stam for the paladin tank since we seem to be more of the mitigation tanks at this point. This is mainly because we have word of glory when we need it.
