Priest Tier ??? Concept XD

I was bored so I made a sketch. Please excuse the crappy penciling.

Wing frame and halo have cold white flames emitted from them, sort of like candle light. This is how priests light their reagents pre-4.0 -cough-.

The actual wings are white auras...they are not very visible, sort of like shaman tier 10 or warlock tier 6 shoulders, every once in a while they glow white very brightly, but fades after.

This might look funky on male models T__T"

I'd imagine the colour scheme to be golden wing frames/head piece/belt, white robe with black accent, orbs default as scarlet but differ based on normal/heroic version.

Obvious inspiration is Mr. Tyrael, I'm not very original sorry.

If Blizzard ever does cave to the demand and makes a Tyrael-based tier, I'm gonna roll that class and level it just so I can look awesome. ):

This looks lovely though, nice job. You must have a nice scanner for it to actually grab all that pencilwork.

Heh I'm using HP F4180 all-in-one printer, printing part's rather lackluster (ink monster) but scanning part's alright ^__^

Nice job, better then t11 and several others. The only problem is I doubt it would look good on some of the less human like races (trolls and tauren) but then again most gear doesn't. I especially like the staff.

Yep I agree, it will probably look similar to what Faith T3 will look like on male troll and tauren.

its only because one of "us" has designed something that we give kinder criticism, if blizz did this design there will be haters on page one for sure.

but back to the drawing itself, Its looks good as concept art, but to translate the design into a game is another challenge, for example you couldn't have massive wizard sleeves for one as you would encounter model clipping problems in the animations ( if the game supported dynamic cloth physics then it would be a whole different story )

I would love to see the ribbon type things on her shoulders move and ripple about slowly as if under water, and of course Tyrael wings to be animated, and maybe sticking out a bit more. that would be awesome.

wings are no good. blizzard has tried them, and they cant fix the whole 'cloth/hanging items always face the camera' crap that they have.

The wings would work well as a spell effect, similar to Lock T6, Rogue T8 and Shaman T10. Could be quite interesting.

I want the staff more than the outfit though.

personally i want cool 1h's or cool (sword-ish) daggers...sad days that priest cant use swords
