Rule # 6 The Oath aka Aschente was never invoked between Jibril and Blank.

If no OATH is INVOKED, then Jibril is free to disregard the results of the game and can betray Blank at any time in the story.

Rule #6 is what makes sure the losers in a game won't go back on their wager or bet.

Because neither Blank or Jibril swore an oath to activate Rule #6, Jibril is well within her rights to continue keeping her library and ignore Sora and Shiro's demands despite them winning the game.

Also, in a Q&A with the author, when asked whether Blank and Jibril said "Aschente" before their game, the author replied with "Ehh~ they didn't say it?" in a monotone voice"

The big question here is; was it said in the LN? If it was said in the LN it was most likely on oversight in production. Alternately the author is a massive troll. Even then, it was said the the fluegal(however it is spelt) only play one game and Blank seem to have fucked her shit up at that game, granted if they give her books it wouldn't be as simple next time

Well that's the thing Blank can never lose so they have the plot armor to make it so they never lose it's very predictable. Also it was never said in the LN that I can remember I would have to read the chapter again.

The thing is in the LN Sora wanted Jibril for himself. For some reason it was the other way around in the anime I wonder why.

Ya I just found the chapter and ya it wasn't in the LN nor the anime. I wonder why as well. If that is the case then all the bets that happened are null and void.
