I am terrible at descriptions so I'll save you the trouble of reading my terrible description of X anime.
I personally suggest Blood-C as an anime to watch, it is very short (12 episodes I believe) it starts slow but it is addicting.
Now it does have a lot of gore which is to some extent censored (but you know what is going on) however as a personal note about this, I have not found an anime with more gore than this, or at least as extreme as this (with the censorship that is).
Just thought I'd throw it out there..

Finished watching Fate/Stay Night 2 days ago so yesterday I watched the movie.. The whole Archer's identity thing was pretty cool but the rest just felt like a very bad version of the TV series >.< Although I did like seeing the main character actually do much.
