I'm thinking it might be time for Azshara to show up.

We're basically travelling to a new island, Horde vs Alliance is pretty central and the internal problems for Pandaren are there as well.
But N'zoth was supposed to be in Kalimdor/Eastern Kingdoms, I doubt we're going to kill off a capital leader of the opposing faction as a PvE boss, and I doubt making an "unheard" of villain the new big badass seems far-fetched.

Since we're on a new island, south of the Maelstrom (I believe) I think it's more likely Naga will besiege the newly uncovered landscape and Azshara will be the big villain this expac.

When Thrall takes up the warchief title again, and comes to see Lordaeron he will enrage, because of what Sylvanas did to the earth (at least his earthen ring wants to cleanse the land instead of plightnuking it).He wants her to end this insanity, but she won't therefore he declares war to the forsaken because of crimes against nature.

Then Varian Wrynn and Greymane show up and see this as a chance in retake Gilneas and Lordaeron to the alliance. Varian yells: SYLVANAS! the blood of your father, of your people demands justice! come forth coward and answer for your crimes!!!

I'm calling it: Sylvanas for last boss of MoP!

I know this was like a joke, but I still wanna put my 2 cents in here:

Illidan's return will I ALMOST PROMISE have to do with us bringing him back Blasted Lands style (that ritual of blood thingy) where we decide to revive him because he's a cool guy. which I completely disagree with, but I'm not going to get into that with you people.

He can have fun losing his only true threshold in the Eastern Kingdoms...

Just so I'm OT: N'zoth will probably be next expansion, with Azshara.

With all the monsters, tyrants etc. we've faced it turns out the most horrid enemy is yourself.

didnt they already say there would be no final boss? for that reason i think the final main content will have more than one raid, ( IE , there is no illidan, deathwing, arthas for MoP)

I want Illidan to come back so we can kill him again. There is no character in the WoW universe I am less fond of. His design's fine, his fight was cool, and the story surrounding him was good, if not great, but god, do I hate him as a character. This would prove Illidan was evil and not a victim of circumstance, would finish that story forever, would be cinematic, and would be totally out of left field. Could segue into the Burning Legion in X5 too.

I know it'll probably be Azshara or N'zoth or maybe Burning Legion-related, but I can hope.
