I have played a hunter for a very long time now and i think that it worked better when hunter had mana and not focus. What do you think?

mana ofcourse, why would we want focus when man was working as intented?
He once asked a woman to say 'NO' to him, so he could understand rejection, but she refused
He once did an entire BG with his eyes closed, just to see how it was not to win
He once inspected himself, just to see why everyone was following him
He once brought no gear to an arena, just to even the odds
If he ninjaed your gear you would brag to your friends
His word is worth a thousand pictures
He has his moments, all the time!
His signature won a Pulitzer.

Indeed
I voted for mana but it has been a very long time ago that I played my hunter seriously. I always liked the feel of mana though.
I played my hunter about a hour after the patch and I can't say I entirely like the idea of Focus. It feels too much like a rogue to me.. and I hate energy. Attack > Wait for Energy/Focus > Attack again.. boring. But we can Steady Shot when out of Focus I guess.

Focus of course, mana is for classes that attack with spells.
Focus feels a little more awkward to me than mana.
Focus! I can't believe some of you would want to go back to "oomness" AoV, it was terribleeeeeee.
You don't wait for your energy to recharge... you cast Steady Shot.
In the end, you have a rotation just like you would under mana. It's the same thing except instead of being limited by cooldowns, you're limited by Focus (and sometimes cooldowns, not always).
Mana never made any sense for Hunters anyway. They aren't spellcasters.

Mana for hunters never really made sense to me. I remember talking to my hunter buddy in AV back in Vanilla about how hunters should have energy like rogues. I think it just works better for the hunter class in general. Sure, its got a very different feel from mana, but I feel Blizz wanted to make rotations (or priorities) into something that focused more around resource usage and replenishment rather than just cranking out top dps then sitting there twiddling your thumbs while you get your mana back.
Focus all the way

Focus of course, it seems to me like the people who prefer mana don't know how to manage focus yet, or they are bad at it and want to back back to the button spamming class we were before.
