Narc - 7/10
Better than I was expecting, with two 'twists' to the story. A bit over-acted in spots, but overall watch-worthy.

In the Name of the Father (1993): 9.5/10
An absolute classic and one of the best movies of all time. The chemistry between Daniel Day Lewis and Pete Postlethwaite was just something else.
Captain America 2 - 9/10
I was impressed! This was actually one of the best Marvel movies I have ever seen. I can't really think of anything bad to say about it. Even my girlfriend who doesn't really care about super hero movies agreed.
Did I just read this right? You feel that Monsters, INC wasn't up to Pixar's quality? I don't even know what to say to this. lol
It wasn't what I was expecting, that's for sure. Overall it was put together very well and really surprised me. Then again, Marvel Studios, ever since they started making their own movies have knocked it out of the park for almost every single movie.
Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit 7/10 was good but didnt have the suspense that Sum of all Fears had.

Bad Neighbors (aka Neighbors in the US)
1/10. Interesting concept, but ruined by seth rogen using his tired "fat guy that LURVES his weed!" character. It ruins the film, and I don't think the film even knows what it wants to do, it starts off by getting you to side with rogen and his wife against the frat boys, but half way through they end up doing just as much stupid things that you really find yourself hating the frat boys and rogen and his wife.
The few really good jkes are in the trailer and despite seeming like the film will be a kind of a prank off war...it isn't. The jokes just...mostly fall flat, and the gross out moments in between just make the unfunny jokes even more painful.

Hey, if you want people to waste ticket money, sure don't avoid it. But you've been warned!

I actually found it to be terribly boring, predictable and lacking any sort of suspense that you would expect from a Tom Clancy movie, I hope to god that just because he has sadly passed away that any further movies made from the Jack Ryan Universe are not as bad as this tripe.
The choice of Chris Pine to play the lead roll was a complete mistake, He brought absolutely nothing to the roll and was completely forgettable as the lead. Sure he made a passable Kirk in the unneeded reboots of the Trek movies, this could be because JJ Abrahams is a much more seasoned director that Kenneth Branagh and able to get more out of the actors. I would have liked to have seen an actor with experience in the genre of spy movies such as Matt Damon play the lead, rather than the garbage we got from Chris Pine. This is not to say he is a bad actor, he just need's experience in the genre before playing the lead roll in a movie based on the works on one of the best spy thriller writers of our times to do the role any justice for the Jack Ryan Fans.
I would give it a 4/10 at best.
Totally forgettable movie, leaving nothing worthwhile to think about or even consider re-watching in the near future.

This is the End - 7/10
I don't know why so many people hate these guys (Rogen, Franco and shit), they're fuckin' hilarious imo. It's a hugeass cliche, but it's FOR FUNZIES. Not a good movie, but it's definetely fun and must be sick to watch with some friends.
Anger Management - 5/10
Adam Sandler is a doormat who gets wrongly sentenced to anger-management program, who's got an instructor with very strange methods, to say the least. Had its moments, but eh. My body can't survive cringe-comedies.
Zombieland - 7/10
Enjoyable zombie-comedy. Woody Harrelson's character was the best part of the movie. Had that unique "cult-style" to it.
Currently watching the new winnie the pooh movie. Disappointed as when I got it I thought it was the original movie from back in the 60s or whenever it was originally released. Shoulda looked at the cover where it said "whole new movie!' fail.
I'd rate it 3/10 I'm too old for this movie lol. It's clearly aimed at little kids. Prior to that I saw the Hunchback of Notre Dam. Gotta ask myself why the heck did it take so long for me to watch this movie? that was definitely an 8/10

Her - 9/10
Wasnt expecting much with this movie but what I got was actually one that is highly entertaining, emotionally investing and kind of funny. Its premise is pulled off really well and actually makes us think about how advanced and attached we can be to technology. The world that is set in the not so distant future is very believable and the characters/dialogue is engaging so even if not much may actually be happening on screen visually, you are interested throughout.
Funny how movies affect people differently. I saw this at the cinema and would rate it -10000000 complete rubbish. All I saw was a loser talking himself and a computer that was in no way computerlike. From the second she was installed he might as well have been talking to a human over the Internet
I went in with the expectation of her starting off sorta stiff and computer like and EVENTUALLY becoming more human like. Also the "sex" scenes made it uncomfortable.
The bit that baffled me most is how everyone accepted his relationship was stupid. NORMAL people would be like WTF your dating a .... computer generated voice????
I also hated the ending. Worst movie I've seen in a long time

Robocop 2014 - 7/10
Amzing Spiderman 2 (IMAX version): 4/10
Too predictable, bad story, bad cliffhanger. Should have had less focus on the special effects.
