People have a right to be upset(angry?).
This is not the case of 5 or 10 million people trying to enter a phone booth.
If anything else they could have given the "restart your game" message with a 10-15 min delay across the servers in alphabetical order.
I cant really say that the guy who gave the "ok" for this deserves to be fired but he'd better not tell anyone he is the one who did it.

A lot of us paid an extra 5 euros to play at 00:01. Why shouldnt we trust them?
