Glitchy, glitchy quests..

I'm really enjoying the expansion so far, but I'm HATING the surplus of glitched quests. Most of them are part of the "instancing" of areas as you progress through them, but sometimes they just don't flat out work. For instance, I'm in the Twilight Highlands and am trying to do one of the beginning quests "Siege Tank Rescue." It tells me to take some spare parts and speak to the Siege Tank Commander except that you cannot speak to the Siege Tank Commander.

This really poops on my leveling experience.

I had this issue as well. But i hadn't seen the other siege tanks in the area at that point either. So i went for a bit of a fly and found another tank commander i could actually talk to.
