Any HPM Charters out there?

Once upon a time before patch 2.4 us priest had to really watch our mana use, and there where spreed-sheets that existed where you could plug in your stats and it would tell you your HPM. Does anyone know if such charts now exist again?

Thank you, its a bit out of date but it's good enough to get me a start and I am correcting some of the formulas but at least it confirms some of my suspicions .
