Sub PvP Stats

So I've been trying to find out which stats I should focus on for sub pvp. I've looked around a bit and there's not really much discussion about it (presumably because everyone is mut). So which stat is the best? What should I be reforging my expertise and excess hit into?

Normally haste. at least some of the better rogues do reforge into Haste.

why? because slightly increased energy-regen, i think.
