what is the better secondary stat for hunter

I've read a lot of guide about hunter but this guide are very different about one thing: what is the better secondary stat for survivol hunter?
I think that the stats priority is crit>haste>mastery but i'm not sure. what do you think about it or can you please post me a very good guide that explain what is the better stat

mastery out strips crit because 7/10's of our damage is elemental there is math for this over at ej.

Actually, the math at EJ says crit outperforms mastery because 10/10 of our damage is able to crit. 1% dmg boost > 0.7% dmg boost...
