Which raid should a guild begin raiding in?

Hey guys, just wondering which of the three new raids would be best to begin raiding as a guild in Cata. I'm not sure which raid is considered the "starter raid" , and just wanna know ur guys' opinion

All three of them are starter raids. However, Halfus is the easiest, followed my Magmaw+Omnitron. After that, Probably Maloriak/Conclave/Valiona. Atramedes isn't too hard, but Chimaeron is harsh on the healers untill geared.

Bastion 1/4 --> Blackwing 2/6 --> Pick and kill.
