It (I refuse to call it by name) is not a meme. it's not even a bad meme. Calling it a bad meme is insulting the concept of badness. It is to memes what Duke Nukem Forever is to hyped products: a horribly delayed attempt at cashing in, ruined even more by poor execution and sank by a poor attempt at making fun of itself.

Look up the history: it originated from a poorly photoshopped attempt at making fun from an innocent person 2 years ago, devolved into a tangential joke at the expense of a beloved pop culture character, then degenerated into a sad attempt at making a new and exciting meme on a facebook group, complete with abused copyrighted content. It's what happens when people who are horribly out of touch with internet culture attempt to make a meme.

Almost every post lately is a couple of randoms debating and throwing insults at each other(or posting random memes that no one knows anything about). If you going to do that kind of crap at least have the decency to post a picture of what YOU think is funny!

No longer exists on Windows 10. At least in the new folder/shortcut/etc menu. I don't even know what the briefcase did honestly.
