Not too sure about Paladin specifics, but from what I can see:
    - Work on exalted Therezane for the shoulder enchant
    - Back, Wrist, Gloves, Legs and Boots need enchants.

Ur pretty set tbh. Paladin in my guild has just a little more gear and hes set. No probs healing him.

EDIT: Of course gem and chant everything.

Gold selling site spam is an important part of our eco system.

You see, there are currently to many puppies and kittens on this world.
Every time a Goldseller spams his advertisement on the mmo-champion site, a puppy dies.
Every time you ignore these threads and don't report them, a kitten dies.

Don't worry about hit rating, in fact, you should be reforging any hit/expertise on your gear to an avoidance stat, mastery if there is none, dodge/parry otherwise. Threat is NOT an issue in raids.

Its not worthwhile if your under the cap either, Threat is a non issue. Therefore survival stats in this case Avoidance is a better stat to have.

Enchant all your gear, including your rings.
Personally I'd grab some more expertise and get two stamina trinkets.

Level mining, it gives some nice stamina bonus. Enchanting aswell, for ring enchants. Also i laughed @ 13.37% Parry rating l33t!

    No.

The goal is pretty much to have 0 hit 0 expertise and as much avoidance as possible. Mastery is the best stat until block capped.

Hit and expertise is utterly useless atm.
