I would go with Burning Shadowspirit Diamond since they remove 60 intel of the offhand enchant...

Since no one else seems interested in providing a worthwhile answer: Int is generally valued higher than Crit rating, at pretty much any attainable gear level for mages.

Does anyone know what the int/crit one gem requirments are gonna be? The same requires more red? Since it doesn't say from what i see.
