I heard they are adding sockets to belts, and the chests. I wanted to know if this was a rumor, or is true.

Last time I checked I saw my old belt, "dreamless belt" came with a socket

I'd like to ask whether the items that are getting a socket will lose stats or not. I assume they won't lose any stats to compensate for the socket but they don't seem to be that much under-budgeted atm as well. Any idea on this? Not sure whether I should pick up the craftables or not atm
