Heirloom gear + Guild XP = Stacks?

Just wanted to know if Heirloom gear and the guild boost that you will get in guild lvl2 and 6 stacks together?

I'm pretty sure you only get one of the two perks (that is, Rank 2 overwrites Rank 1), not both, but it does stack with heirlooms.

Guild perks "improve", that is, the 10% XP replaces the 5%

but as far as I know, all bonus XP rewards stack. I think with the current gear, and a high-level guild, you can get what like, 40% XP bonus?

10% chest + 10% shoulder + 10% helm + 5% cloak + 5% fishing ring + 10% guild perk = 50% bonus experience.
