Phishing Scams

Just wanted to thank mmo for my great phishing scam email that i now recieve after registering with them. Been playing wow for 6 years and never have gotten one phishing scam. I decide to register with mmo against my better judgement then bam...what do you know i now recieve phishing scams...THANKS ALOT

You should do what most people do, and that is create a 'dummy' email account on yahoo/gmail/etc and only use that account for signing up on a website. That way who cares what email goes to that account, because you will only be checking it when you need to (aka for registration confirmation emails).

1st rule - do not use your "main" mailbox for any forum, ever!

You can't even imagine how many phishing mails I get every day in "forums-only" mailbox But not a single mail in real mailbox linked to WoW.

What he said.... Make a gmail/hotmail account and use that for forums or any other site you need to register for,I suppose the lesson here is quite simply dont use your WoW email for forums.
