Where is my 2200 weapon?

So, blizzard said Jan 25th we would get our 2200 weapons. There are no 2200 weapons on the vendor. Is this hard to patch in, really? Did they announce whats going on, or is it once again something that they feel doesn't matter and just slipped under the radar?

Day isn't over, and they said they "planned" to revert it today. This happens all the time, you should know better than to get excited.

Even if they implement it, I'm assuming it would be no different from the 2200 gear that is already in-game. In case you missed my point, the stats will be exactly the same, the gear/wep is just a different color. So....does it matter? If you wanna prove that you're better than me, the 2200 gear we already have should do just fine. Unless, of course, you just want your weapon to match your shiny shoulders.

Shouldnt make comments if you dont know whats up fluffy. 2200 weapons = 703 dps, up from 623. Weapons are the exception, I could get the diff colored armor weeks ago and havnt, dont care. 623-703 dps however, I do care about. I'm tired of broken promises and stuff slipping under the radar. I KNOW its not hard for them to put thoes weapons back up, I earned mine as did a thousand others and we want our weapons, or at least response on whats going on.

You fight the man sparky! Nothing is owed to you. There is plenty of content so your 15 bucks is covered there. Updates on exploit fixes are not owed.

As previously announced (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/to...7814533?page=1), Conquest items requiring 2200 rating were made available today, January 25, with the exception of weapons. We plan to make the 2200 weapons available approximately two weeks after the release of patch 4.0.6.

The decision to further delay availability of weapons requiring 2200 rating was not made lightly. Currently very few guilds are clearing PvE content that drops weapons of this caliber, which would make rated Battlegrounds and Arenas the primary source for top-tier weapons. We of course don’t want players who are pursuing PvE content to feel as though they must engage in heavy PvP to obtain these weapons in order to be competitive or successful.

We do have some plans to help avoid similar situations in the future, and we’ll share more details when they become available.

yup, blue post went up a little after I made the post.

1) this is absolutely idiotic. you gain 80 dps but lose a stat (resil being worthleess in pve) so its not that huge for pve. Its ok to have heroic 3.8 speed ashkandi in arena but cant have pvp weapons in pve.. lol ok.

2) Nice work on telling us so late... why couldn't blizz have told us days ago? They didnt make this choice minutes ago, we should of heard it before they made it.

heres the thing, blizzard royally messed up, didnt bother to test certain things, it went out of hand and players found out very quickly, blizzard punished everyone (instead of just resetting the points to 0) by holding off the weapon, and NOW its because PVE content isnt being cleared fast enough that the 2200 weapon would be a "HUGE ADVANTAGE" which cannot of been written with a straight face with resil unable to be reforged

heres what annoys me, i worked to get the 2200 early so we could get the weapon through skill not armor, NOW people have 2 more weeks to gather armor and doe pve to replace trinket slots to grind their 2200, which annoys the hell out of me

All I read was "I wanted to grind to 2200 before I had any real competition so I could get a leg up w/ 2200 weapon, NOW people will have 2 more weeks to beat me down and grind themselves to 2200 and get the same weapon as me"

right cause the players who dont bother to put in the time to get their weapon are now being given more time to grind out, while players such as myself get to sit on my hands for 2 weeks while i just do BH and 5 games, this game got a lot more fun /sigh
