Ok so i know this question has been asked before but i haven't seen anyone come up with a decent answer yet so just wondering if anyone knows why blizzard hasn't brought back the lvl 70 offset vendor (bracers, waist, cloak... etc). The lvl 60 and 80 ones are still available. Any thoughts?
