Seems pretty simple to me.

General consensus is mastery is better, yes, but both are beneficial. Get mastery. Get avoidance. Win.

When ur in trouble and don t know how to skill , just take a look into the eu/us armorylinks of some DK tanks and accord their stuff/skills/gems/enchants and take a look at ur own. do not only copying also check what could be a help for u

Balancing it all is the key to everything. Not to mention sometimes its quite situational.

actually currently balancing in THIS instance means STACKING mastery and stam which isn't balancing at all.

however after the patch balancing will more mean actually balancing stats to include dodge and parry as opposed to instead of stacking only 1 or 2

IMO, tanks should be doing that now. Mastery becomes more valuable after the patch because of stacking blood shields. No reason why people shouldn't be doing it at the moment.
