Greetings Gentlemen

As some of you may know, i play frost exclusively for pvp, and i would like to take a moment to say,

ITS FREAKING AMAZING

not only have i enjoyed the 12% more flat damage (i actually smacked a retadin for 78k after stealing wings and using piller) but i stayed in Tol Barad for nearly 5 hrs, chains of ice rooting every druid i could see (many of them boomkin now O.o ) as i spamming my 2 button on my razer naga, i was filled with joy, laughing as the druid rooted me as i rooted him right back, delivering the finishing blow, again and again and again

well its not flat damage its actually only MELEE related damage which doesn't affect diseases or spells like HB.

i fell in love with the idea of 2hand frost the first time i watched the tankspot vid on the mimiron fight way back when that was new content. it was nerfed shortly thereafter, and i left my dk at lvl 65 as a result. recently switched to him as my main however (had been retribution for the first few months of cata) and am overjoyed at 2hand frost being at least viable for raids. can't wait to see the numbers i can pull once i get a 359 weapon (magmaw hasn't been kind to me, and haven't attempted nefarian or cho gall yet)

yeah Frost 2h is nice now. it doesn't sit in last place and feels better. much agreed.

i would advise against going frost for pve, i tried both 2hander frost and 2hander unholy
Unholy - was figthing for 2-4th place in the dps race in 25man BWD
Frost - Was fighting not to be in the lower tier of the dps bracket, yes we do hit harder with OB, but its not enough to make it heroic worthy

meh, i run 10s, and am the only main roster melee, and, we only just now solidified our roster. of the tanks and heals that were on board when cata launced, only one healer remains with us still. so, havent even thought of hardmodes yet, we still have reg bosses to progress thru. i'll run 2hand frost until we hit those hardmodes, and will switch to unholy if its glaringly obvious i'm falling behind. frost just interests more, as i'm not too keen on a pet spec, just my personal preference.
