Guild Drama

I see this a lot on WoW forums about drama within guilds...
Women that have boys wrapped around finger. Inane rivaly. Huge arguments that divide guilds. Bitchiness. And general immaturity. Yet in my entire time playing WoW I have never ever experienced this! The guild i'm in consist of a vast variety of players all of different age, race, nationality, gender and sexuality YET we all get on great, never once bicker, treat each other equal, have regular conversations, etc...

Am I just exeptionally lucky or is this really just a minor issue

Only really happened to me once and it was all a misunderstanding down to one member talking trash and making up stuff creating rifts.

Its a shame that one bad apple can cause so many problems.

In work you have it with co workers
In sport, you have it with your teammates
In school you have it with other students
In a relationship you have it with your girl/boyfriend
In WoW you have it with your guildmates

I guess that in all communitys there are issues, after all, we´re human.

Most issues i got in guilds were when there was BF&GF and such things. In guilds where ppl dont have to much irl connacts there are realy few problems from my xp. in guilds where like 1/3 of a ppl know each other in irl and some of them are in some kind of relationship trouble usaly starts. Thats with the big boys and girls.
