For those non-germans who like to pick german words for that "mysterious sounding" thing:
dunkel/dark, schatten/shadow, gift/poison, dolch/dagger, meuchler/backstabber, mörder/killer, gedärme/gut, blut/blood, schlitzer/slasher, schlachter/butcher or slayer, zwielicht/twillight, schemen/shade, klinge/blade, schneide/edge, stachel/spike, drossler-würger/strangler, böse-bösartig-fies-gemein-grausam/vicious-evil-wicked
finster/sinister, teuflisch/diabolic, blick/gaze, auge/eye, meister/master, tod/death

Todesblick for example would be Deathgaze. and so on.

I use Sietod for my dps classes on different servers..roughly translates to "you die" in German.

Actually you die translates to du stirbst (singular) or ihr sterbt (plural). Or in a shorter way: Stirb (die)

I'd probably say 'Rotation'. It's nicely remembered, and it's simple.
The name oak is cool too, my rogue is currently 'Professor Oak'

Strangely not for everyone. I've seen it on other player's character creation screens but never been able to figure out how to toggle it on mine.

Edit: It's US-only. Apparently it was due to people's first names being used a lot as character names during beta on the US servers and barely at all on the EU servers, so they gave the US client a random name generator to help out while the EU version didn't need it.

Strange, I was on EU servers for years and remember using it there O.o

Yeah, isn't 'Sie tod' somewhat like 'You dead'? Or was it 'You death?'? I'm Dutch, and my German grades were not exactly epic though I still passed my exams with bare minimum >.>

Surinne. Surin is "Dagger" in french, adding the extra "ne" feminizes it. I've always thought of the human towns as french provincial towns so it fits for me.

Thinking of anything in wow being French makes me sad. [white flag joke].
