They were mined before the release of Cata, but never actually made it into the game. I hope they come in a future patch, but it doesn't seem that likely now, as there aren't really going to be many new recipes to discover. It's possible these were meant to offer the bulk of the high level recipes that were then moved to Twilight Highlands and shard vendors.
