2 pc worth these losses?

ive got 2200 valor points.Im trying to go for my 2pc but i wont be getting the shoulder for awhile. Now with the way my gear is set right now im at 15% hit(i prob miss like 1 spell every other boss fight) if i get the gloves im losing hit and haste for the bonus and crit/mastery. The hit can be replaced with the rep boots and i keep the mastery from the gloves with some crit. Or i could go for my chest keep the haste get some crit and lose some mastery from reforging here and there.

I just wanted some opinions on what would be the most viable choice. Or should i even wait until i get some more gear until with spirit/haste to make the changes.

Ring would be a bigger upgrade for you right now.
Also reforge your shoulders and bracers to spirit.
And reforge Mastery to haste on your blue ring for more spirit.
