It's my boyfriend's birthday on April 1st but I have never pulled any pranks. I want to though...hmm what to do...
We have already decided to turn down our vent output a lot over an extended period of time then turn it up to max after everyone has turned us up...but that only makes us laugh and not them.

I'm putting seran wrap on the toilet seat so when my spouse wakes up in the morning to have a piss he'll just piss all over himself. Hahaha. No. Not actually going to do that. I'd be the one cleaning up the piss.
Going to put salt in our sugar tank, mostly because when he uses it in the morning he a) gets it all over the counter and floor, and b) never puts it back. It will be nice to have some payback.

I try every year to get my Partner , but he has this uncanny knack knowing he is being set up.. sigh. I need some good ones (we are married with two kids) so the whole Say your pregnant thing wont work with me.

The best prank there is in Sweden: send an anonymous "Sexual Transmitted Disease letter" to someone in a serious relation and make some popcorn. (In Sweden you have the obligation to test yourself after you've got the STD letter which tells you that you could be infected. If you don't tell everyone and make the tests, no matter if they are positive or negative, you'll go to jail)
