    Most of the bosses are very easy now in 10man since blizzard have fixed/nerfed them. But if you compare 10man hc vs 25man hc 2mnths ago it was much harder.

    If you read some of the posts more closely you would notice that most of the complaining was when the 10man heroics wasnt fixed.

    10 heroics are harder than 25 man, the scaling is way off for 10 man.

    Sry for confusing you, but i meant the overall whineposts of "10man hc is much harder then 25man hc" that has been around last mnths on almost every forum.

    For normal modes 10 mans are easier in my experience.

    For hard modes the difficulty is more in getting the right comp than the actual encounters at this point. Yes, a number of 10 mans were pretty overtuned initially but recent fixes and nerfs have changed a lot of that. Most of this tier on 10s is just fine at the moment in my opinion. I have done both 10/25 on normal mode but only heroic 10s so when I speak about H 25s I am only going off what I have read and from friends. My specific list of heroic encounters:

    Harder on H 10s:
    Chimaeron/Maloriak >> Less CDs are available to rotate for feuds and breaths, and it helps a lot to have a dps DK who can tank Chim.

    Harder on 25s:
    Al'Akir >> Can't spread out as much makes it a lot more damage in P1.
    Ascendant Council >> Not sure. Its hard on both, but I'm thinking 10s might be easier for the same reason Al'Akir is - less people and more spreading out keeps damage down a bit.

    Even:
    ODS/Atramedes/Halfus >> All pretty easy fights.

    Require a specific comp on 10s:
    Conclave >> Helps a lot to have specific classes like a rogue for frost and a DK or hunter for the nature adds, as well as having less AoE available than 25s to get them down. With a good comp it may be a little harder than 25s but its not that bad. A less ideal comp adds a lot more switching and movement to the fight and makes it more difficult
    Magmaw >> A DK makes the parasites easy to handle, and a hunter trap with a bit of focused AoE can take care of them as well. Not a hard fight anymore and I wouldn't consider it more difficult than 25s.
    Nef >> Limited experience with this but doesn't seem too bad. From what I've seen it seems a hunter is pretty mandatory on 10s to have his pet tank since you can't afford 3 tanks and a dps doing the adds can be MC'd and wipe you. Having more CDs for the electrocutes could make 25s a bit easier but my guess is the difficulty is similar.
    V&T >> A rogue on 10s makes this fight really easy. Not having one is doable but definitely more difficult.

    Unknown:
    Cho'gall/Sinestra >> Haven't pulled either so I can't say. Cho'gall now only spawns 1 big add and the add health isn’t the same as 25s anymore so it could be fine, but from what I've read about Sinestra (there's a good, interesting thread on this forum) it seems that wrack may need to be adjusted to account for the difference in raid size.

    Overall I think everything is fairly well balanced between the two difficulties at this time, except for probably Sinestra.

    This has been a huge debate. I think the key here is to say that 10 Heroic is harder if you are a guild with only a 10 man roster (about 15 people). If you are a 25 man guild with 30+ people and can stack for fights, then they are probably about equal.

    People like to quote Al'Akir as being easier on 10 heroic. That is almost certainly true, but it also the only heroic 10 fight that is widely viewed as easier.

    Ascendant Council? Maybe. I haven't done it on 25, but it seems to me that 1/8 people kiting a frost orb is harder than 1/23. Hell, my guild has even had people with frost beacon and lightning rod at the same time. I'm sure the enrage is tight on 25, but most guilds use a feral druid in kitty gear and spec to tank one of the bosses, or they single tank it, to beat the enrage on 10.

    The main reason 10 heroic is harder, in my opinion, is that raid walls don't have DR. If you pop a raid wide damage reduction, it affects 25 people in 25 and 10 in 10. If raid wide damage reduction CDs had DR like AoE healing spells, 10 an 25 would be much closer to even.
