Something better than T11 4pc, It is horrible imo.
2pc: Increases the duration of your Unstable Affliction and Immolate spells by 30%(Immolate: 15 sec -> 20 Sec, UA: 15 sec -> 20 sec)
4pc: Increases the Critical strike chance of your Bane of Doom by 15%
2pc: 10% chance to cause your next hand of guldan / chaos bolt / haunt to be cast while moving, lasts 15 seconds
4pc: incinerate/sb/drainlife hit have a 6% chance to reduce your doomguard/infernal CD by 20seconds

Something boring but powerful, like a flat crit/haste/damage bonus to a well used spell.
One word: useful
The doomguard/infernal CD won't work, as it'll still only be able to be used once per fight.
2pc: Increases the periodic damage of Immolate and Unstable Affliction by 10%
4pc: Everytime your Immolate or Unstable Affliction deals periodic damage, there is a 5% chance that your next Haunt / Hand of Gul'Dan / Conflagrate will be instant and deal 25% additional damage.
..
uhhh .The doomguard/infernal CD won't work, as it'll still only be able to be used once per fight.
2pc: your dot crit's increase your spell haste by 5% for 12sec, cannot occure more often than 30sec.
4pc: increase the duration of your demon soul by 50%
or
2pc: increase damage and reduce casting speed of your shadowbolt and incinerate spell by 5%
4pc: anytime one of your spell criticaly hit, you got 1% buff to your spellpower, stack up to 3 times, last 20sec
edit: one word missing completly screwing my text. repaired
edit2: also i would also rework pvp bonuses
2pc: increase your resilience rating by 400
2pc: reduces duration of stuns on you by 20%
4pc: increase your intellect by 180
4pc: when hit by meele or ranged attack, there is a 3% chance that the attacker will tremlbe in horror for 3sec

No, he's right. You'd have to pop it right at the start of the fight and hope that the CD got reduced by 7+ minutes. That's 21 procs at a 6% proc chance. I'm too rusty at stats to figure out how many casts would be required to ensure 21 procs, but needless to say, it's a lot. Even if you popped it at the start of the fight, 9 times out of 10 the cooldown wouldn't be up by the end of the fight.
Why would you need it to be reduced by 7min when the average fight is 7-8min and some 10min. It's the idea not the numbers.
Most of the boss fights last 3-4 minutes, 5 at most. But yes, reducing the cooldown on them is a good idea for a set bonus
2p: Damage done by your minions spells and abilities is increased by 20%
4p: Each time one of your dots deal damage you have a % chance of getting 1590 Spell power for the next 15 seconds (40 sec CD)
wtb
2pc: An awesome looking set of wings appears and flaps once from time to time.
4pc: Doubles the chance of the 2pc bonus occurring.
I love the 4 pc idea that Neo posted a few posts earlier. Really good idea, just wanted to give u some props. Esp since im demo and HoG would hit like a truck. But very good ideas on both 2 pc and 4 pc. Could actually see them using it, except nerfing the 25% damage to about 6 or 8% damage since Blizz got into the weird percents now since Cata came out. Not sure if anyone noticed that or its just me. (ex. 6% MC procs, 4% Empowered Imp procs, 6% eradication procs) Even damage talents that increase damage are weird percents now, i kno its just for balancing but its still weird.

If there's one thing I'm not, it's in control.
2pc: Your Dark Intent can stack one aditional time on both you and its target.
4pc: Your Chaos Bolt, Hand of Gul'dan, and Haunt spells have a chance to make the damage-over-time component of your next ShadowFlame deal 25% more damage.
Edit: or 4pc: Your ShadowFlame lasts for an additional second.
