Trying to pre-purchase on the GW2 site, but when I enter my email (and specifically my email) the left hand order summary just goes "Error retrieving order information."

Anybody else has the same problem? =/

If you have a GW1 account that's not linked to an NCSoft account, do you need to link it before you link the GW2 account?

Indeed, just bought a digital copy and created the account myself (didn't have any problems here *shrug*).
When creating your account it asks you whether you have a gw1 account, after which you have to enter your gw1's email/pass info and you're done linking.

When you pre-purchase at a store they give you a serial number.
You then use that at register.guildwars2.com and make an account which gives you beta access and 3 day early access.
After the game launches, you then go back to the store and pick up you box, which will contain a retail serial number you then attach to you account.
