I do believe to some people's pets are an extension to ones self. So what is the difference? Besides, this became a social thread pages ago and in all things social people share what they care most about. In this example pets, guitars, beards, ties, glasses, family.....

It never ceases to amaze me that people assume that compliments = desperation or that there's anything remotely sexual about the pictures being posted here. Beauty =/= sex, and if you're thinking that it does, art museums and photo galleries everywhere just became a scary place to hang out...lol

If you can't fathom someone saying something nice without expecting something in return or having ulterior motives, maybe you should worry more about what that says about yourself that than people having fun conversations in an MMO Champ thread or paying a stranger a compliment for the sake of them having a better day.
