See, Remilla did suggest paintsai but i assumed it was a virus or something, sounds like one.
You can paint in GIMP? I thought it was just for changing picture sizes, thats what i use it for anyway :S

Well, I did these with GIMP. I actually believe it's intended to be a painting tool over a photo manipulation tool, but I might be wrong.
