need some advice on instances in lich dungeons for leveling

I am playing demo right now and leveling very well in lich and at 76 but all I do is demo.
What spec should I use when going to run some instances?
I tried affliction after a few people said use that and maybe its just me but I am trying to dot everything and its not working that good.

still lots of aoe in these instances and well I am just lost on lock in instances.
what build should I be doing and single/aoe spells should I be using.

ps one buddy of mine said I see some locks running demo with an imp

In instances at lvl 76, you should just go Demo, send Felguard in and see him Lolstorm on top of Recount :P Add Meta + Shadowflame + Hellfire + Immo Aura and you'll be the king of every run ^^
