Yup, he takes Dragonstone "off screen" and we get told that while he was succesful, he got shot, stabbed and eventually covered in boiling oil. He's not totally fucked and will probably either die in the next book, or we'll just be told he died between books.

A lot of people think he's actually perfectly fine and that whole story was to trick Cersei-- part of her plan revolves around the fact that as queen, Margaery must have a Kingsguard as her champion if she takes a trial by combat, and Cersei is counting on Loras not being able to fight.
