It really pissed me off, 8 episodes is not a season.... that's barely half of a season.

Considering how great of a show it is, and that it's the last season, I think it was a good idea for them to split up the season.

the current season is the last (its broken up into 2 halves, 8 this year, 8 next year).
It will stop after that point, however Vince Gilligan has hinted at a possible Saul Goodman spin off.Hi

They might as well have just said that was season 5 and 6 is in the summer. A year break is too long to split up a season.

Walt has been a total badass the last couple episodes, and I really would have liked to see them explore that more.

I just remember my reaction when jesse went and killed Gale. I had a fucking heart attack and I felt it was an ending to fucking flip out about.
